Dr G C Manna : B.Tech. and M.Tech. from University of Calcutta, India and Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in Mobile Communication Technologies. He has served in Department of Telecommunication , Govt of India for more than 25 years in Executive and Managerial posts. As Director of Telecommunication Training Centre , Jabalpur, Dr. Manna was first to install live training node for Internet Service Provider(ISP) in theTraining Centre in 1998. He had conducted training programs for 5 batches of participants deputed by Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT) and 3 batches for Sri Lankan Telecom during 1998-2001.

Dr Manna had conducted several seminars with international experts through UNDP/ITU projects.He had undergone trainings at Beijing University of Post and Telecom China in 1990 and DARTEC, Montreal, Canada in 1999.He has developed and conducted courses at Information and Communication Technologies Authority, Mauritius during August 2010, at International Conference on Advanced Communications Technology 2011 at Seoul, Korea and at International Telecommunication Union seminar in 2000 at Bangalore, India.

Dr. Manna has association with academic field of about 10 years . He has more than 65 publications , sole guide for 4 Doctorates and Guided projects to many post Graduate Engineering students. His current works include optimization of FTTH network, mobile communication and fiber to the antenna (FTTA), Fiber in 5G fronthaul network, MPLS-TP and CPAN etc.

Mrs S Manna had completed her B.Tech. and M.Tech. from University of Calcutta in 1980 and 1982 respectively. Thereafter, she had joined Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata for doing PhD but could not complete for joining Indian Telecommunication Service in July 1984 . She had further completed MBA during her service period. Mrs Manna is known expert in the field of telecom Switching and a proficient speaker in Management. She had about 15 years of experience in field working and more than 15 years in telecom Training Institute. She had undergone extensive training of 4 months in SIEMENS Telecom Factory Germany, delivered one week program at Mauritius as designated Telecom Expert on behalf of Commonwealth Telecom Organisation London and conducted numerous courses for BSNL , Army and Asia Pacific Telecommunity. She had graced the post of Chief General Manager Telecom Factories and retired from the post of Chief General Manager of BRBRA Institute of Telecom Training BSNL.
